Kids enjoy being able to walk to and from school everyday with the middle school across the street. My high schooler has access to the cyride a d being a student only cost 50 cents one way . It is a great place to start in iowa . I am from texas so this was a very welcoming environment for us

I really enjoy the fact that people take pride in where they live here. The last student living place I went to there was trash all over the property. I haven’t seen a single beer can or trash anywhere but where it’s suspose to be.
