Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI lived here back in 2019 and then decided to come back. I love the location and love having access to a dog park just up the road. I work in Des Moines, so it’s nice just to be able to hop on the interstate soon after jumping on the road. I also love how it’s tucked back enough so you don’t really hear traffic.

I really enjoy that our mail is secure and that they provide lockers to receive packages in. Staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you out with any problem you may be having. Maintenance is very fast and very amazing.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like the apartment complex and I haven’t had any issues with the neighbors. The staff at the office are really nice and helpful. The only thing I’ve had a problem with is maintenance. I’ve ended up fixing a few things around the apartment myself because even if I call the maintenance office directly and they tell me they’ll send someone right away they won’t come for 3 days. I can’t have a sink that doesn’t drain for 3 days.
