Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. Free gym, tanning beds, and pool. Also get some discounts to a few places here in Ames. Fun events to attend to as well. Rent monthly is cheap and doesn’t cost you an arm and leg like other places in Ames.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living here at the Social This is my first time living away from home and everyone at the social makes me feel at home The rent is not terribly high A BIG WIN FOR ME and I get to have the best roommate ever It is not too loud in this community which makes my life easier I love all the amenities and cannot wait for it to be warm so I can enjoy the pool

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe love our apartment itself. It is a decent size, fairly up to date, and has a few bonuses such as the fireplace and internet speed. The main downside is being on the 3rd floor. Not fun moving in or bringing up groceries. Our neighbors are a mixed bag of nice and friendly, extremely quiet, and a bit rowdy. Occasional unpleasant odors in the hallways and loud music and yelling from below us, but that is somewhat expected. Overall it has been a good experience so far, and my wife and I enjoy living here.

The staff at The Social are the best Very friendly and outgoing and I love that there are doggy treats and water at the office. My dog loves it too. Four stars because of the ridiculous amount of people who don’t pick up after their dogs, and the inadequate notice of anything with my utilities.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy neighbors are quiet and kind, but there are some people around us with dogs that let them do their business right outside our front door and don’t pick it up, and some people that let their dogs out with no leash. Besides that, maintenance has been helpful
