Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesA great space to live in for the price. Maintenance can sometimes take a while but everything we've requested has been fixed. Communication with the office can be hard at times, so it's best to go in and ask questions if you have them.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community that is the Social is a great one. I have yet to have any trouble with the people living here and have nothing, but a great experience. The staff working here at the Social are very friendly and most informative. The only reason i didn't rate the social 5 stars is because of the fact that you have to pay 2.50 in order to wash and dry your clothes. It is quite an inconvenience.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNot bad. The amenities are nice but the pool would be nicer if there was a key fob or something to control entry. Literally anyone can get in, including way too many people from the low-income apartments nearby. They aren't paying for it but they take over too often. I also think all the cleaning and maintenance issues should be resolved before move-in, considering that they give themselves a VERY generous two weeks when I am paying rent but not allowed to move in.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s quiet and really pretty The pool is a nice place to relax and no problem with it being a dirty place. There could be improvement with some staff, but overall not a bad first place away from home.
