Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOur doors have had holes in them for a whole year and they haven’t tried fixing them, giving the excuses that maintenance is busy fixing up other apartments for new residents. I feel that we are just as important as new ones. I will not recommend this place to friends. And not a fan of hearing the people below us is the middle of the night almost every night for the past year...

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesi have been a resident here since before management changed. Once trinity took over, i noticed improvements IMMEDIATELY. I was looking at different places across town to move to as soon as i could get out, but i changed my mind once management changed. I noticed updates on day one, and promises have been fulfilled. I continued my lease here through the social because of the community, the response time when i need a maintenance request and the the service of the employeeds in the club house. the events allow me to connect with my neighbors and also help me relax my mind from school

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMove in was supper easy the staff was super nice and helpful. My apartment isn’t spacious and well kept given the price. I like the outdoor amenities such as the grills sitting areas and pool.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOnly some problems here and there. I was supposed to have my contract changed to pay by room so that I won’t have to worry about paying bills. But when the ownership changed to the social, then they would not allow this to happen anymore, even though I already signed the lease with that agreement. Im not too worried about this though
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI really enjoy my apartment. I love all the amenities like the pool, tanning beds and gym. The staff is very friendly, and they are always very quick to help you. The downside is 1300 Coconino bottom floor hasn’t had a fully running laundry room the whole year I have lived here, and the upgrades to the buildings have been very slow. Also, Your packages will get stolen if the delivery driver leaves it by your front door.
