Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI loved everything about living here The gym is very modern, pancake Wednesday’s were a great start to my day, maintenance is very fast and respectful, and the pool in the summer was so nice to have The only reason I took off one star was the location being far from class. It was a struggle having to drive take the bus anywhere you needed to go.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI really like the location and the staff is nice but our unit is not up to date with our appliances and there is a lot of cosmetic issues. When we moved in we were not offered the chance to fill out a sheet with what was wrong with the unit so I don’t think we are gonna get our deposit back due to the issues the previous tenants caused.

|Recommended: NoIt's A Nice Place, But The Price Is A Little High — The place, atmosphere, layout, and overall appearance is great. I definitely prefer this place over other places in Ames and the other place that I have lived at. It's very spacious and a quiet neighborhood. I personally don't think that it's worth the price that it's currently set at.
