My apartment was recently renovated before I moved in, and everything was clean and ready for me to move in. All maintenance requests I have needed have been solved in a timely manner, which are just some of the reasons living here has been so great.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe love living at The Social West Ames We did have some initial issues with paperwork at the beginning as we had to sign many leases, but other than that we are happy Our townhouse is quiet, maintenance has been quick to fix any concerns, and management has been much better work with lately.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe had some issues when we first moved in, but the staff and maintenance team were very easy to work with. They took care of our maintenance requests quickly and communicated to us what the cause of the issues were.

My rent rate went down from last year that's been really helpful as a college student. I also love the new dark blue paint jobs on the buildings and all the other efforts in beautifying the property. I also really like the different events where residents can participate and get free stuff.
