Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe admin staff is amazing but the maintenance protocols could use a rework. The location is great, I wish I had an upgraded apt and would work with the admin to make this happen while my lease is current. I like the garage for my car.

one problem for me is that I can hear everything from my neighbors. I hear the sound, especially from upstairs a lot. I wish we have a little bit better sound proof

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Social West Ames is a great complex for students and families by offering many amenities and ways to interact with other residents. The dog park is great as we have a dog with lots of energy.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND SCHOOL EASY TO PAY FOR RENT. ITS A COMFTY ENVIRONMENT, AND THE ON-SITE GYM IS A PLUS AS WELL. MY ROOMMATE AND I ENJOY THE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD.
