Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far living here for almost a year it is a good place to live. Maintenance is decent and office is nice. I like the renovations coming from the social. I wish our kitchen was updated. 1100 building. Wouldn’t mind moving stuff around to allow them to redo our kitchen. Overall nice place to live and I can call it home away from home
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesApartments are nice with good pricing. Renovations look nice so far. I wouldnt give it a 5 star yet due to poor communication. They dont always answer facebook questions, and they dont seem to understand that telling us they are going to come into the apartment anytime within an 8 hour time frame isnt convenient for dog owners, especially when we cannot kennel. Other than that we have yet to have many issues.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe have had good experience since our apartment became part of the Social. Maintenance requests are followed through very quickly, they’ve done a lot to the clubhouse to make it nice. We have no complaints.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEverything is pretty neato, just bummed my neighbors have a baby i can hear crying a lot. Also kinda sucks that the Pinon pool always seems to have something wrong. no ones fault of course
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have had problems with the gym and tanning key not allowing me access at times but the front desk helped fix the issue. When we first moved in our apartment was a disaster, so many issues wrong this was under old management , so we will see if we get out deposit when we move out. Overall I have had a great experiences since new management took over, they are doing a great job updating the clubhouse and apartment buildings.
