Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall good experience with my apartment. When I submit a maintenance request it gets worked on in a reasonable amount of time. Usually it's been the day after submitting the request. Enjoyed the neighbors that I have, we all seem to get along really well.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLove all the changes, except the construction and destruction of pavement in front of the garage. I hope this summer using the pool will be better than last summer. closings and jumping through hoops to get the password, It was so difficult I just gave up.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — I have had a great time so far. The staff are very nice and helpful and the apartments are nice and updated. The only problem I have had is maintenance looked at my room and said they were going to fix something in my bathroom. It wasn’t anything important but they never came and fixed it.

They are always willing to talk with us and very friendly no matter what situation. I would recommend any one to live at any of the Social West Ames, for there affordably priced apartments and all the amenities they provide us residents with.
|Recommended: YesGreat To Work With — The Social is great to work with They're willing to help and are quick to fix things in the apartment. Sometimes neighbors are loud though.
